About Us:
At Bucket List Creative, we help businesses in hospitality, construction, and other industries amplify their voice and engage with their audience through innovative social media strategies. We're looking for a talented Social Media Account Manager to lead the strategy and execution of multiple social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main client contact, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and curate engaging content aligned with client brand goals.
Coordinate monthly and bi-monthly photoshoots with the photographer and content team, creating detailed shot lists.
Use backend software to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize results.
Create Reels and other video content using a smartphone or DJI Osmo, editing with CapCut or similar software.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates.
Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-quality social media assets.
Align with STL Bucket List's mission and support local business features.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and client relationship management.
Strong ability to manage photoshoots, creative shot lists, and content production.
Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
Skilled in video creation and editing with tools like CapCut or similar apps.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

STL Bucket List is an independently owned media source right here in Downtown St. Louis. It was originally created and founded by Lucas and Marissa Farrell to share foodie adventures and everything great about St. Louis. Quickly, the instagram page @stlbucketlist grew to over 300,000+ combined followers over the past 5 years.

In September of 2022, our team acquired the Instagram page @stlouisgram to add to our family of brands. St. Louis Gram has 118,000 local followers and focuses on highlighting the thriving Arts & Culture scene in St. Louis.

To go along with our digital brands, we also own Bucket List Creative, a digital marketing agency. Bucket List Creative was founded in 2019 with a focus on working with our local partners to build their brand online. This includes social media management, content creation, web design, and more.

Our platfrom is focused on supporting everything great about St. Louis from the restaurants, people and places. STL Bucket List shares content through the eyes of other amazing creators, as you will see featured photography from some of the best to pick up a camera in STL. We also love our food, so you find us exploring some of the city's hottest foodie spots once or twice a week.

As we grow, our goal is to do more to support local businesses and influence the city of Saint Louis to do the same. Between our 3 hyper-local focused brands, we want to make an impact in the growth of our city and have fun while we’re doing it.
